Pricing questions
Do I pay now?+
No. WorkThroughLine is in early access and billing is not active. The demo does not ask for a card.
What happens when billing launches?+
We will publish final commercial terms and ask for clear confirmation before activating billing. This page shows the planned pricing model.
Does Free have fewer features?+
No. The current model does not split capabilities by tier. Free includes the whole product with a limit of 3 maker users.
Who counts as a maker?+
ADMIN, Product Manager and Developer. Stakeholder and Guest are read-only roles and do not consume a maker seat.
Can I add an 11th maker to Team?+
Not in the current model. Team has a hard limit of 10 makers; teams with 11-30 makers use Growth.
What if we need more than 30 makers?+
That plan has not been published. We do not promise enterprise pricing or terms before the product and commercial model support them.
Do prices include VAT?+
No. Planned prices are shown in RSD and exclude VAT.
Does Jira migration cost extra?+
No. Jira Migration Assistant is included in every plan. CSV migration is available today, while direct Jira Cloud connection awaits production OAuth verification.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. An admin can export organization data as JSON and work items as CSV.
